RETURNS, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATIONS

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please do contact us if you have any problems with your order.

CLAIMS: MISPRINTED, DAMAGED & DEFECT

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within one (1) week after the product has been received.

​

CLAIMS: LOST IN TRANSIT

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than one (1) week after the estimated delivery date.

CLAIMS EXPENSES

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense within one (1) week. However, please note that any claims made after one (1) week will not be considered.

UNCLAIMED EXPENSES

For larger orders, please make sure someone will be available to receive the delivery of your parcel. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. Please note, unclaimed returns will get donated to charity after one (1) week at your cost; we will not be issuing a refund.

UNCLAIMED: WRONG ADDRESS

You must provide an accurate delivery location when placing an order; failure to do so will result in the shipment returning to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

UNCLAIMED: RESHIPPING

Due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment, any returned orders won't be available for reshipping after one (1) week.

UNCLAIMED: POLICY

You are to immediately contact us if you've noticed an issue with the above mention. In the case we do not hear from you, all return goods for the above reasons will be donated to charity by default after one (1) week at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

DISCRETION

Boredonyms.com reserves the rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
